We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join RavenPack’s Customer Success team in New York.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work with the Sales and Customer Success teams supporting a global client base consisting of the world’s top banks and hedge funds.
Responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist:
- Supporting both new trials and our existing clients
- Providing orientation sessions for new clients
- Develop a relationship with clients and be proactive in identifying problems and themes. Recommend service enhancements where applicable.
- Gather understanding of our client's organization and workflows to determine how best to leverage our products and capabilities to continuously add value for the client
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to help our clients succeed
- Take ownership, act with a sense of urgency and exceed expectations by over-communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce
- Proven experience answering clients’ or peers' complex questions after thorough investigation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive business relationships
- Innate troubleshooter with previous experience in cross-functional teamwork
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- University-level education
Desirable:
- Previous experience working as an Account Manager within Fintech or a SaaS company.
- Major or experience in Finance or Business
