About the Role
We are looking for a RevOps Specialist who is just as comfortable writing a Python script to manipulate data as they are mapping out complex architectures in a CRM. This role is designed for a technical RevOps professional who understands that seamless data orchestration is the backbone of a high-performing marketing stack.
Your background should reflect a unique hybrid of marketing ops discipline and a strategic growth mindset. You are someone who enjoys "under the hood" work - tinkering with APIs, building intricate automation workflows (n8n, Zapier), and ensuring our lead-routing architecture is bulletproof. Beyond just managing software, you will be responsible for architecting the data bridges between all our marketing properties and Salesforce, ensuring that every integration, script, and webhook is built for both performance and scalability. You’ll sit at the critical intersection of marketing, data engineering, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Orchestration & Automation: Architect, build, and maintain complex automation workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make. You will automate repetitive tasks, ensure seamless data syncs, and create scalable operational processes across the marketing and sales teams.
Systems Integration & API Management: Manage the technical hand-off between our lead capture tools, enrichment platforms, and Salesforce. You’ll leverage REST APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts to ensure data flows securely and accurately across our entire MarTech stack.
Custom Scripting & Data Analysis: Write and maintain custom Python scripts to integrate platforms that lack native connectors, handle complex data transformations, or clean large datasets. You will actively analyze marketing data to ensure pipeline integrity and identify optimization opportunities.
Technical Troubleshooting & Governance: Act as the primary technical escalation point for marketing systems. Use your technical toolkit (reading server logs, testing API endpoints via Postman, inspecting JSON payloads) to diagnose and resolve data discrepancies, sync errors, and automation failures.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in Marketing / Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment, with a heavy focus on technical systems administration.
Automation & CRM Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce (understanding custom objects, flows, validation rules, and relational data structures) and enterprise-level automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Workato, etc.).
Scripting & API Stack: Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation (e.g., Pandas), and automation. Deep understanding of how to interact with REST APIs, configure webhooks, and manage JSON data.
Data Handling: Experience using SQL to design, query, and manage marketing databases. You understand data governance, hygiene, and how to structure data for scalable reporting.
Problem-Solving: A "builder" mindset. You enjoy finding the most efficient way to automate a manual task. You are comfortable using LLM-assisted development (like ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate your scripting and problem-solving.
Preferred Skills
Web Tracking Toolkit: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), data layers, and client-side vs. server-side tracking implementations.
DevOps Fundamentals: Comfortable using Git and following development best practices including testing and basic CI/CD.
Web Technologies: Experience with modern web frameworks (like Next.js), CMS navigation, and a command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Passion for Finance & AI: Interested in the world of finance and investing - and how AI is rewriting the rules of the game.
